Hand-rolled labneh balls packed in olive oil. Perfect with bread, za’atar and tea.
These are labneh rolled by hand, one at a time, and then packed in olive oil so they keep and deepen. Lift one out, press it onto warm bread, dust it with za’atar, and that is the whole recipe.
On a mezze or breakfast table they do a lot of work for very little effort — put the open jar down with bread, tomatoes and olives and it looks like you planned it. The oil left in the jar is worth keeping for dressing.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) or below. Keep the labneh covered with oil and the container tightly sealed. Use clean utensils when serving and follow the date printed on the package for best freshness.
